The SBC is also responsible for developing policies, managing the daily Portfolio operations, business planning and business impact analysis.Job Functions:? Financial Reporting? Marketing Analysis? Labor / Development PlanningKey Deliverables:? Provide accurate and timely data and analysis for daily / weekly / monthly reporting? Create suite of reports for business? Work with Management team to provide newly developed reports and analysis for the ongoing daily business needs? Analyzes customer order booking versus the forecast.? Generate primary and analyze secondary consumer and cultural research? Develop consumer insights ? including perceptions, motivations, needs, barriers, etc. for a variety of client assignments? Author Creative Briefs and other strategic and presentation documents and lead briefings and presentations? Ongoing contribution to creative process for all digital products? Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand client relationship to organically grow business? Create / Report demand planning activities, creating sell through and sell in forecasts and to timely to maximize sales and profitability.? Setting up & monitoring customer performance measurementsSchedule is based on project load or team requirements which can vary greatly depending on demand, sometimes taking you outside of a typical 40 hour work week in response to customer requirements, both internal and external. Anticipate 10% travel within the US and Canada to meet with team members, attend conferences, and meet with customers. If you travel, you're accessible and still responsible for basic job functions.Specific Knowledge/Skills? Bachelors Degree preferred? 5+ years of marketing or product planning or engineering or project/program management or business palnning or finance or operations? Job requires intermediate to advanced skills in computer-based programs such as Power Point, Excel, Oracle-Based Application SLC, and other specialized software? This job requires a high degree of attention to detail and excellent math skills.? The applicant must possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats;? must be a great planner, be highly organized, have the ability to develop strategies and have solid decision-making skills.? SBC must demonstrate proficiency in Negotiation Skills, Leading Effective Meetings, Effective Problem Solving, Effective Internal/External Presentation Skills.
