(Fabrication & Installation of pipe run of various diameters). •Keen understanding of the formalities and implementation of quality systems. •Monitor processes & identify deviations towards ensuring that the same will consistently, Produce products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality attributes. •Conduct process capability Studies to identify variance from control limits. •Analyze various processes/applications and recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. •Maintained awareness of relevant QHSE system requirements. •Inward inspection of raw materials, in process inspection at Quality Plan Identified stages. •WPS verification & Welders Qualifications as per ASME IX. •Fabrication shop inspection of fit up, welding, final inspection for various materials such as ( CS, LTCS, SS & LOW ALLOYS including P5 group materials, Inconol, 16mo3 & dissimilar welds) •Site inspection of erection ( fit up, welding, final inspection ) •Verification of valid welder approvals as required is used in production. •Monitored welding operations thru visual inspections upon completion of welding and during repair. •Coordinating with 3 rd party Inspection Agencies, Clients, Consultants and NDE Agencies at site & shop. •Preparation of Weld Map and Weld Logs for final documentations. •Reviewing of RT films of repair joints. •Reviewing and handling of test packs. •Worked as test QC pack coordinator.
